Personal interests

I love anything that gets you active; rock climbing, pond hockey, strength training, and hiking to name just a few. I believe when appreciated properly, grocery shopping is a hobby. When not doing schoolwork, I love to cook and coach youth ice hockey.

Approach to wellness

I view well-being as an essential mechanism for success. To me, it’s the foundation of resilience and the systems that allow you to be the best version of yourself inside and outside of the classroom. Because the combination of every person’s identities, experiences, and passions is unique, my job is to listen first and do my best to help students find what works best for them. It's my goal for students to feel more comfortable with themselves and empowered to live healthier, more balanced lives after our meetings.

I have a special interest in working with students who identify as having a disability or chronic health condition and supporting students through the stresses of pre-health coursework/applications.
