Patient safety is always our priority. Learn how we are Protecting Patients during COVID-19.
Your visit to UHS may include the Primary Care Clinic, where you may receive:
- Care for acute problems such as a fever, respiratory illness, stomach pain, sprained ankle, skin rash, and minor emergencies
- Care for chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and asthma
- Preventive care such as physical exams
Our staff are fully licensed, credentialed and include physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and nurses.
We recommend that you select one clinician as your primary care provider (PCP), with whom you will consult for all your health care needs, or we can recommend a clinician for you. See UHS clinical staff at Clinician Directory and Nursing Services.
If you need more advanced evaluation or treatment:
A UHS clinician may refer you to a UHS Specialist or outside specialist.
Most medical services require an appointment, however we offer options for urgent needs. See:
