Approach to wellness

As a wellness coach at the University of Michigan, my approach is rooted deeply in the ethos of sustainability. I view wellness as a lifelong commitment that fundamentally requires sustainable strategies and attitudes. Instead of recommending drastic changes that yield quick, temporary results, I guide my clients toward making small yet consistent adjustments that they can adhere to in the long run. By embedding sustainability in how I coach wellness, I aim to empower individuals to incorporate these changes into their daily routines for naturally for lasting transformation and constant progress toward their overall health and well-being objectives.
