Approach to wellness: Personal and community wellbeing are interdependent. It is important that we help people build personal skills while simultaneously advocating for a health promoting community. Keys to my personal well-being are to practice the skills of resilience, move my body and nurture the significant relationships in my life.

Personal interests: Running, hiking, travel, food, reading the newspaper the old-fashioned way, and being a mother, daughter, sister and friend. I know it may sound odd but I also really love my work!
