Approach to wellness

While my research program focuses on impostorism in graduate school, I am passionate about supporting students from all levels of study. I wholeheartedly believe everyone's journey is unique, so I avoid one-size-fits-all approaches and instead work with you to figure out the best path forward. Life can feel overwhelming, especially when self-criticism, fear, or worry become too much. But together, we can put things into perspective through a lens of compassion, curiosity, and non-judgment. Drawing on my background as a developmental psychologist, I understand the unique challenges of this life stage (emerging adulthood) and ground my approach in values like honesty, acceptance, trust, fun, humor, and openness. I'm not here to dictate the 'right' path to wellness; instead, I see my role as a supportive companion on your ever-evolving journey. You're the expert in your own story, so we'll move at your pace, always respecting your unique circumstances and needs.
