Approach to Wellness

Wellness is not a universal list of do’s and don’ts, but rather the set of practices in each person’s life that makes them feel fulfilled. My job as a coach is to help you reach your wellness goals in alignment with your unique values and life vision. When life circumstances stand in the way of these goals, wellness can look like healthy coping, seeking support, feeling hopeful for the future, or having confidence that things will improve.

Personal Interests

I’m always taking on creative projects and trying out new creative hobbies. Over the last year, I’ve gotten very into cooking: I love trying new recipes and typically cook 3 or 4 new meals each week. If I’m not doing something creative, I’m probably watching a scary movie, or spending time with friends. On a night out I like trying new restaurants, seeing live music, or going to Charley's trivia. Lastly, I’m a family person at heart, so I love to visit my family and two dogs at home.
