Remote options for mindfulness practice are now available! Do you ever feel like your thoughts are racing a hundred miles a minute? Or that there’s just too much going on and you can’t find time to breathe? Feeling anxious and overwhelmed may even be affecting your schoolwork and grades. If this sounds familiar, mindfulness-based practices may be for you.
Given our present circumstances, adjusting to life in a pandemic, we know students are more in need of community and well-being strategies than ever before. We've adapted our popular 15-week course, ALA 240: Living Well in College and Beyond to meet the challenges of these unique times. Four sections available in Winter 2021, including a new section for Student Leaders!
