Or that there’s just too much going on and you can’t find time to breathe? Feeling anxious and overwhelmed may even be affecting your schoolwork and grades. Mental Health Services at UHS

UHS offers a variety of helpful mental health services, including evaluation and treatment of mental health concerns from a medical perspective, speciality services, Care Managers, Wellness Coaching and Collegiate Recovery Program.
