Approach to wellness: I see wellness as a series of relationships - to oneself, family, peers, the environment, and more. I believe all of these relationships are closely interconnected, and therefore approach wellness from a holistic viewpoint. Every student has strengths when it comes to their own wellness. I hope to help identify those strengths and empower students to use their own skills, knowledge, and experiences to meet their wellness goals, whatever they may be.
Personal interests: I love to spend time outside, play sports, drink coffee and discover new things. New experiences give me energy, as does spending time with others. I enjoy cooking with others, going to comedy shows, and spending time with all types of animals.
