Approach to wellness: I am an advocate of overall happiness and wellness. I like to focus on the emotional mental, and social aspect of personal wellbeing. I believe in building relationships and trust with students, to foster a strong connection. I use an individualized, holistic approach when working with students, by integrating students’ background, and personal experiences to support their personal and professional goals. Through empowerment, I hope to work with students to redefine the meaning of success, and focus on techniques that work best for them.
Personal Interests: I have a passion for working with students as it relates to personal and professional development. I love to build relationships with my co-workers and people around me to create a fun, engaging environment. I love to laugh and sing to promote joy and happiness. I enjoy physical activities such as zumba, dancing, and basketball. I value family and close relationships with friends.
