Approach to wellness: Wellness is not just one component of our lives. There are many components that make up wellness including: mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and so many more. It is important to think about wellness in its aspects. When someone wants to improve their wellness I seek to look deeper into which aspects they need to work on as well as praising others that are going well. I also believe that wellness means something different to every single person. I strive to find out what wellness means to you and work on that definition rather than what society or the media tells us wellness should look like.
Personal interests: In my free time I enjoy baking, reading, watching movies, and spending time with friends. I very much consider myself a foodie as well as a tea aficionado so I love trying new restaurants as well as coffee shops (if you need recommendations - I got you!). Around Ann Arbor you can find me running, hammocking with friends, and finding dogs to pet!
