Approach to wellness: I believe that in order to have a positive and balanced life, it is essential that we start at the core of our very beings- our mental health, physical health, and emotional health. The multidimensional aspect of health is essential to achieving wellness and is a constantly evolving pursuit. As a former undergraduate student, I understand how stresses may come and go within daily life, and how easily they can disrupt our flow of happiness. I also understand that in order to perform well in school and daily life, we need to be in harmony with our mind, body, and emotions. I strive to help individuals achieve their personal goals of wellness, as wellness is an individualized journey.
Personal Interests: My passion is cooking and baking all kinds of different cuisines, visiting my family in Montenegro, horseback riding, and yoga. I also spend a lot of my free time finding ways to expand my backyard garden, and testing different vegetables and fruits I can grow. I also have a secret affinity for medieval history and the Romance languages. I especially find interest in learning about different cultures and languages, as they open-up so many different aspects of this world we live in. You can always find me reading about BBC News and drinking a coffee!
