Approach to wellness: I believe that by starting a conversation about our health and what it means for each of us personally, we can delve deeper into what works and doesn't work in our current system to find areas for growth and ways to achieve our goals that will be the most effective for us. I feel identifying our values and aligning our actions with our values is often the most fulfilling and sustainable way of improving our lives. I believe we all contain the capacity to improve our lives when we make the decision to dedicate ourselves to the best version of who we are.
Personal interests: I enjoy anything involving nature, activity, reflection, learning, and/or community. My happy place is the ocean off the coast of Costa Rica. The best parts of my day are most often acts of kindness, being active, appreciating the idiosyncrasies of those around me, and spending quality time with people I love.
