UHS is offering a daily virtual discussion group called "Connecting and Coping in Quarantine / Isolation" in order to support students who are in quarantine or isolation.

This is an opportunity to interact directly with UHS staff, get questions answered about COVID-19, and make connections with others who are going through the same experience.

This group is led by UHS Clinical Social Workers who are very knowledgeable about and involved in the on-campus isolation and quarantine process and the effects it may have on student mental health.

Timing for sessions will rotate to accommodate varied schedules.
